Terms, Conditions & Disclaimers — quick summary▾
By using EatWell Kitchen — registering as a Fellow, buying a package, reserving a meal, gifting a Food Pass, or scanning a QR card — you agree to the following:
- Membership: Packages are per-semester or monthly, billed in ₵, non-auto-renewing. Unused weekly claims do not roll over. Each email has a registration ceiling; admins may reset for genuine cases.
- Meals & pre-orders: Served 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM on campus days. Prices are recomputed server-side at redemption against the official meal table. Unclaimed reservations are forfeited at end of day.
- QR cards: Personal and non-transferable. Report lost cards immediately — EatWell is not liable for meals claimed before a card is revoked.
- Gift Food Passes: One-time redemption, named recipient, non-refundable. Reassignment possible before redemption with staff verification.
- Allergens: Our kitchen handles peanuts, nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, fish and shellfish. Disclose allergies before ordering — undisclosed reactions are not our liability.
- Refunds: Package fees are non-refundable once activated. Defective meals are replaced or credited if reported on the spot. Disputes within 14 days.
- Conduct: Respect staff and fellow members. Harassment, theft or damage may end your membership without refund.
- Privacy: We collect only what is needed to operate your membership, never sell your data, and keep sensitive info off realtime broadcasts.
- Liability: Service is provided "as is". Our total liability is capped at fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. No liability for indirect loss (missed classes, exam stress, etc.).
- Changes: Material updates are announced in-app and by email at least 7 days before taking effect.
